How to create a LILO-Bootdisk

Hi,

I have installed Suse 11.0 on top of WinXP. I’m using LILO as boot-manager, because I had serious problems(system crashes) with GRUB. Now I like to create a LILO-Bootdisk, from which I can boot the system in case of bootup problems.
Does anyone know how to create a LILO-Bootdisk.

can’t you simply boot from the original install CD/DVD in case of problems?

I did in the past using GRUB and received after a short time error messages (like error 15). When I wanted to repair GRUB with the SUSE DVD, then the bootloader wasn’t found anymore and I had to reinstall the system completely. Now I’m using LILO, but just in case of another crash I like to use a boot disk. Up to now LILO didn’t crash, and therefore I can’t tell, if it’s possible to repair LILO with the DVD.
