For program start feedback I use (KDE default?) “jumping cursor” for activity display (SuSe 11.1). In “system configuration -> program start configuration -> activity feedback” (roughly translated from German) configuration is “jumping cursor” and 30s timeout.
With some self created application starts, now the cursor is jumping these 30s while the application is already ready after < 10s. I.e. cursor is jumping until time out ignoring that application start already finished.
How can I debug this? Or how do I have to configure program start that finished start is recognized by jumping cursor and jumping stops?
