How to Connect to wireless in opensuse 12.1?!

Pleas help i just spend 1 hour on this but i still cant figure it out.
can someone help me or write me an mini tut on how to do this

I would have expected this to work out of the box

But you could try grabbing the firmware and copy it to
/lib/firmware
