Read “man sensors” for info. Try:

#  sensors -f

“KDE Plasma” is a DE, not a “temperature app”. Please be more specific.

The “sensors” question has been answered.

All applications (coolercontrol, all KDE products, etc) on my system have been reading in celsius and it has been driving me bonkers.

@40476:

You may have to bounce this off KDE Discuss Forum – <https://discuss.kde.org/>

  • I’ve tried to search through “ksystemstats” and “kstatsviewer” for an indication if this is possible but, haven’t found anything.

System Settings->Region & Language->Measurements may be what you’re looking for.

I don’t know that it is, but that’s the most likely place to set that sort of thing in a Plasma environment.

It doesn’t – I have a test user setup for British English – with measurements set to Imperial British. The default Plasma Widgets which can display hardware temperature sensors only display metric values → °C … :woozy_face:

FYI: There’s the following thread in the KDE Discuss Forum – <Does KDE Plasma support Fahrenheit as a temperature value?>
