hello friends i installed my laptop opensuse11.3 with kde desktop ,my problem is that my taskbar icons are mooving irregularly and taskbar is disappeared what is the solution?
due to this ilost my intrest on KDE
and how to change from KDE to GNOME
please give solutions

Install Gnome: YaST > Software > Software management, change the View to Package Groups and select Gnome for install, click Accept.
On the Graphical logiin there is a menu Session Type where you can choose between the available DE packages (default is the lastr one used). For this, automaic login should be disabled (else you will not get the login screen).
You might also want to change the settings here for Gnome

i installed respogiteries belongs to gnome
so while booting system giving menu related to desktop in which i have gnome and kde and others so now iam able to use gnome or kde thanks again
