Laptop “Compaq NX7300”
fresh install opensuse13.1… use XFCE
In the “Settings Manager” | “Display” i see only 60,1Hz.

I had a look at the specs for the NX7300 online and found the native refresh rate is 60Hz (as expected). This is typical for laptop displays in any case.

HP Compaq NX7300 Specifications (Page 17 of 35)

What makes you think it is capable of a higher refresh rate?

I read on the Internet: for safety of eyes the frequency of the display has to be more than 60HZ

IIRC this was mainly referring to older CRT monitors. These screens tended to flicker at frequencies as low as 60 Hz.

Yes, I agree - totally different technology. CRT displays flickered because the phosphor display pixels decay after refresh, and so the electron beam was therefore constantly scanning in a raster pattern in a periodic fashioon. LCD displays have back-lighting, so not subject to the intrinsic flickering of a CRT display.
