Think you are out of luck those programs modify the iso and if you modify the iso it does not work any more.
At the moment the only way to make an openSUSE iso work on a usb pen is to do a pure binary copy to the device (note NOT the to a partition on the device direct to the device)
Where did you download the iso image?

Iām going to try burning on Linux
If running on Linux you can use the copy command
cp isoname.iso /dev/sdX
were X is the drive letter for the USB
with USB plugged in
fdisk -l
will list all drives. Take care since you pick the wrong drive the data on the drive is toast
