Hi guys. I wonder if there is any easy way to burn audio cd from mp3 files. I use suse 10.2 and if I try to do it in k3b it says that I have to covert files first before burning them Do I really have to do it, or is there any easier solution. Thanks for your help.
Don’t you have the Packman repo and that version of k3b
Index of /pub/linux/misc/packman/suse/10.2
you need the k3bcodecs too
if you are using the suse version of k3b upgrade to packman and add the codecs too.
K3b should be able to go directly from mp3 to audio cd.
Do you have the right codecs installed if not you get an error when k3b starts.
If you have the novel version you can get problems with restricted formats. Try getting the packman version here
If you can’t use the one-click get all except devel

It were just the k3bcodecs that were missing, I just didn’t think about that, now it works. Thanks guys
Great! Glad to help
