How to ask to add proprietary software to "Non-Free" project

Hello.

I want to build a package with proprietary components but Application Black List - openSUSE states:

“In general, only software with an OSI license is allowed for submission. Exceptions can be made via the openSUSE:*:NonFree projects on request.”

I’d like to know what is the right way to make such a request?
