i keep getting issues with ‘synaptiks’ when my laptop comes out of resume, and opensuse prompts me to send a bug report.
it claims it doesnt have enough to be of use for the devs, and i should install the debug symbols.
i try to, but it doesnt have the repos it requires for the symbols.
clicking the debug link in the window gives no real help on what repos are required, so what do i need to add?

Most likely you miss the special debug repository offered for the standard
packages. Check in the repository adminstration of your software management
(yast2) for that one.

Check your repositories in Yast.
The chances are that the debug repo is actually there, but is listed as disabled. If you change that to enabled, then the bug reporter process will probably install the debug symbols for you (after asking for your permission).
I have the same issue with synaptiks crashing after sleep. I have enabled the debug repo’s debug and update debug. Neither of these repo’s provided the debug package for synaptiks, I then searched on download pages software search under both 12 and factory no luck there.
Has anyone been able to submitted a bug report for this issue?
