How to add an application launcher to menu (kde4)

I’m running KDE 4 on OpenSUSE 11.0, and I have an application I’ve installed that I would like to add a launcher to the applications menu for. The application is P4V (perforce), and I have done this before on earlier versions of KDE. With KDE4/Plasma however I don’t seem to be able to find a way to edit the menu or add applications.

If there is no UI for it yet, what file should (could?) I edit to add entries?

Found it.

Right Click on the Suse menu icon and select menu editor.
