How swap Home/End buttons with PgUp/PgDown keys?

The location of the buttons on my Lenovo X1 Carbon are very odd and I want to swap some keys. Is this possible? I know to swap the Fn and Ctrl buttons i had to go into the Bios (there’s a config setting just for that), but the Fn is a special key. Can I just swap the home with PgUp in a desktop setting somewhere?

Using KDE with LEAP.

Look at : https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/507163-Remap-key-under-KDE (it says F10, but you chose your keys, page up and Home)
In ‘Action’ write Home and PgUp (I think). I hasn’t tested with Page up…
