How send SR from Factory to Leap 15.6 Backports?

How do I send a package (3proxy) from Factory to Leap 15.6 Backports or another repository connected to Leap 15.6 during default installation?
Direct SR does not work.

The target project openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP6:Update is a maintenance release project, a submit self is not possible, please use the maintenance workflow instead.

I don’t understand what the maintenance workflow is.

Understood how valkey was accepted into the SLE repo being a new package, and adding 3proxy won’t work that way.
