how I add repositories Open Suse 10.3 ?

Hello, sorry my bad englishm I´m Braziliam.
I need install Squid but When I try install I receive Error code: HTTP response: 403
Error message: The requested URL returned error: 403.

Anybody heva some ideia for resolv my problem ? I try add many repositories but all I receive this error.

I don’t think either of the earlier links I gave have the UPDATE repository.
This can be found here:
