How does one disable the startup sound for KDE

It used to be in “Application and system notifications” in Kubuntu but I can’t seem to find the startup / login and logout sound settings to disable it…

I can find it in Configure Desktop > Application and Systen Notifications > Manage Notifications > Applications (tab) > Event source: KDE Workspace > Login
