I’d like to get the ISO file onto a DVD so I can see if I can install Opensuse. Having problems doing that. I went to the site: https://software.opensuse.org/distributions/leap and downloaded the file ‘DVD Image for DVD & USB stick’. I chose ‘Download via Metalinks’ because the page recommended that option. Then I checked the Downloads folder to see if the file was there, and it is. Next, I need to get the file onto a DVD, but when I open Imgburn and click the ‘Browse for a file’ icon, it doesn’t show up.
Right clicking on the file in Downloads doesn’t offer Imgburn as an option.
I’m trying to do a very basic thing, download a file and burn the ISO onto a DVD. But for some reason I can’t. The wiki: https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Download_help#Burn_the_ISO_image.28s.29 isn’t explaining what I’m doing wrong and when I tried searching this forum for answers, it gives me an error message. So I registered to ask. If this has been answered before, I apologize, please just direct me to the answer.
and then a file(sha or md5 hash) to check the download is good (you will need to look for a md5sum or sha sum exe on the internet), see at the top of the page;
