I am currently using 11.0.
How do I upgrade to the 11.1 rc?
Thanks in advance!

Download the 11.1 CD/DVD and run through the installation. SUSE usually
lets you choose an ‘Upgrade’ option early during the installation.
Good luck.

Can’t I do this through the repos?
You would have to delete all Your 11.0 repositories and exchange them to 11.1 repositiories. By the way, if You are subscribed to X11 repository read another post about no compiz effects etc. I got solution there to fix some problems (well not me but i found it ) .By the way it is really better to make a clean copy as some configuration files might stay behind with and this can work bad for 11.1
