How do I upgrade from 10.3 to 11.0?

Hello, just wondering what is the best way to upgrade from 10.3 to the latest version?

I have a CD of 10.3 but no other blank CD’s to burn a new .iso onto, is there a way to upgrade via the internet?

I did a clean installation rather than upgrade from 10.3 to 11.0. I have a separate home partition so I could keep all my personal files configurations and format only the system partition. You can upgrade and see how it goes.
