How do I update Mozilla Firefox plug-ins?

I have a System76 Lemur Ultra Thin (lemu4) notebook PC running OpenSuSE 64 bit Tumbleweed and Mozilla Firefox 16.0.2 64 bit. I went to the Mozilla Firefox Plugin check website: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ and it says that QuickTime Plugin 7.6.9 is reflected by Gecko Media Player 1.0.7 and Silverlight Plugin 3.0.40818.0 is reflected by Novell Moonlight 4 Preview 64 bit. I know that Novell Moonlight is deprecated, but how do I update both of them?

For moonlight go here and install directly from within the browser

Not sure about quicktime.

There is a Tumbleweed forums where your fellow Tumbleweed users are waiting to help you.

you can safely ignore the quicktime update.
If youa re using gecko media player 1.0.6 or higher then you are up to date.

The Mozilla plugin checker I think assumes same version numbers as windows.
