How do I set my DNS's to Github ultimate-hosts-blacklist?

I want to set my dns’s to:

|IPv4 |88.198.70.38 |88.198.70.39|
|IPv6 |2a01:4f8:140:5021::38 |2a01:4f8:140:5021::39|

but the apply button is ghosted in network manager.

the blacklist says cash.org is blacklisted but my browser still goes there

So when you go to systemsettings->connections->YOUR NETWORK->Other DNS Servers->Edit DNS the list of servers->88.198.70.38->Add->Ok what happens? Is it there you see the apply button?
