How do I set DNS server manually? - Suse 11.2

Hi,
my ISP wants me to manually set my DNS “preferred” and “alternative” settings. Unfortunately they could only give instructions for Windows. How do I do it in Suse 11.2 (32bit) with KDE 4.3.1?

If you’re using a network manager, it’s in the netwok manager edit for the interface. Also set the default gateway. If you’re using Yast → network devices → network settings → hostname/dns → name servers. Also set the default gateway.
