How do I reset default kmenu layout?

I am using 11 KDE 3.5.9. I looked in ~/.config/menus, but there wasn’t a kmenuedit file there. Where else can I find config files for kmenu? Has it been moved in 11?

Here they appear exactly under “menus” when I edit something with the menu editor.
