How do I rebuild grub under Linux 12.2?

Hi,
I am running Windows 7 and Linux 12.2 under dual boot.
My system was healthy until I restored the Windows partition using Paragon Hard Disk Manager.
Now, when I boot up I see a blank screen instead of the grub menu that was there before.
I know very little about Suse Linux, but I did know how to rebuild grub under Linux 11, but have no clue about how to proceed under 12.2.
I booted my system using the rescue option and entered grub, but when I went to find /boot/menu.lst I was told that the file did not exist.
Any help here would be appreciated because I no longer have a functioning system.
Thanks in advance,

openSUSE has switched to using grub2, no menu.lst file anymore. Have a look at this article on fixing grub2: https://forums.opensuse.org/content/128-re-install-grub2-dvd-rescue.html

After you get booting again, have a look at my blog on using Grub 2: GNU Grub2 Command Listing Helper with --help & Input - Blogs - openSUSE Forums

Thank You,

Thanks alot, jmdcdaniel3, for your reply.
