Well, I see everybody has Busy penguin or admin or quiet penguin, what does it mean and how can I get those ranks?
Did you read the response from the admins in one of your other threads?

It was taken over from the old forum platform. Users are stuck with whatever they had when the forum was migrated.
As was mentioned elsewhere, we don’t close threads in open chat, generally. In the support areas, there’s a mechanism to auto-close old threads, but open chat doesn’t have that applied because the discussions can (and often do) continue.
