How Do I Play .flv Files?

I am using openSUSE 42.3, 64-bit.
I followed these instructions:
https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/526222-Multimedia-Guide-for-openSUSE-Leap-42-3
and installed the multimedia files.

I then downloaded a movie file with the .flv extension, double-clicked on it and Dragon Player was launched. But the movie does not play…

I then saw this thread:
https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/522277-How-do-I-play-flash-videos-under-Leap-42-1?highlight=flv+files
but I’m not sure how a “vendor change” is done.

This is the output of:

zypper lr -d

How do I play .flv files??

but I’m not sure how a “vendor change” is done.

zypper dup --from 7

or

zypper dup --from packman.inode.at-suse

or

zypper dup --from http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/

or:
http://paste.opensuse.org/92222495
or.
http://paste.opensuse.org/71856337

Go to System settings>Applications>File associations; enter flv in the search box and then adjust the order of the programs you see. I can see Kaffeine and VLC among others in the list.
