How do i make my minecraft server shut down 00:00?

I was trying to do it with cron but i couldn’t get it to work. My server uses tumbleweed with KDE, and i want it to automatically whenever the clock hits 00:00 to shut down itself entirely, physically.

Is that possible?

When you do not tell what you tried, it is impossible for others to comment on it.

While using cron still works, you could look into systemd timers.

A small search reveals many results like using a systemd timer…
