I am using fire fox and I am trying to download a file and save it to “/windows/C/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop” which is on a different Hard drive, is this possible to do or do I have to save it to linux and then do a sudo cp /home/shadowfire/downloads/file /windows/C/folder. then boot into windows and move it to the dir I want the file to be in?
Thank you I will check it out
Install ntfs-config.
Its a simple app which mounts all your ntfs partitions and gives you write permissions to them.
