How do I change settings to open an app, double click instead of single click

I think I’m using KDE as my desktop. I’m find the single click to open apps on my desktop or folders really annoying. How do I change it to double click?

Well assuming it really is KDE.

menu-settings - Configure Desktop - Input devices-mouse -Double click to open

In case anyone is looking for this, the setting to change opening apps from single to double click has been moved to Desktop Behavior=>Workspace settings in KDE 5.13.4.
