You can make KDE look like Mac. But why? Coolness? Then why not make it look like Windows98.

What you need is Cairo-docl and some “cupertino” theme.

It’s probably easier with Ubuntu + Unity, because it does already use an OS X like menu bar.

There was a mac4lin project with that goal, not sure if it is still
active or not. Google will tell you.
