in openSUSE 12.1 KDE, when i change the desktop theme or color scheme, Yast appearance doesn’t change.
how can i change Yast appearance such as it’s color scheme or even it’s theme?
That’s because it is run with root credentials. As such it is the root account’s desktop theme that is in effect when you run it.
