How can I use KsCD?

the KsCD recognize my CD thank`s to caf4926,I have a problem to run it .
Please could few of you helping me to solve the problem.
That will be very kind of you.

Once the cd is in your cd/dvd tray. it’s as simple as opening KsCD and pressing play.

lol!lol! I know that put it does not playing at all.

Can k3b or jripper read your cd to rip it?

I try to open my cd but

Error - K3b

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol ‘audiocd’.

That what I get:, there is something missing?

Wait a second but MP player and VLC recognize it.

Does it react to commands, e.g., when you click the button to skip to the next song, do you see any reaction on the drive? Like an LED flashing in a different way, or does it make any sounds?
If that’s the case, check if the mixer channels are muted. Also try and connect an audio cable from the CD drive to your sound card.
Again, that’s when you see or hear the drive react, but the music sound is missing.
