Hello,
Is there a procedure to upgrade from openSUSE 11.2 Gnome Edition to openSUSE 11.3 Milestone 2 Gnome Edition?
If so, I would appreciate your direction.
Thank you.

If you don’t know how - best we don’t tell. You’ll only end up regretting it.

I suppose the same way to upgrade 11.1 to 11.2, change the repositories
and do zypper dup, but I don’t try it, you also could download the
liveCD and use a virtual machine

To add a little bit to above posts.
As Carl mentioned you will regret it by doing so. The best bet is to download a live CD and check it out, whether it works fine on your system and you can install, if things go fine.
