How can i make lower RAM usage of openSUSE?

What desk top??? Try a lighter one.

i confirmed İSO. Cinnamon uses 1.1 GB by default. İ have 2 GB Swap. İs it normal?

KDE / Plasma is much less memory hungry these days, I have a VM that uses some 500MB with an idle desktop with just “top” running in a terminal…

i encountered problems on KDE so i will not prefer it. Conky shows RAM usage 200 MB higher so i need to know that, is 900 MB= Cinnamon+Conky+Plank normal? Ty for ones trying to help.

Usage of a text mode lowers RAM usage.

I run KDE on tumbleweed with Yakuake, Mega, Variety and I use 900MB at start on a clean desktop.

You could stop any process not essential to you that run in background (yakuake, variety, Mega, and services that you might not need).
KDE 5.19 used less memory than 5.20 and probably 5.21 will use more.

Finally use another desktop. If you have KDE, you could run LXQT instead, it is a light desktop.
Also personally, I use the SWAY desktop when I need to run with more free memory to run virtuals machines on my laptop.
Sway use about 300MB at start, it a Wayland desktop based on I3. Its a lot more basic than KDE and you use mostly the keyboard instead of the mouse. Not for everyone, but very efficient.

Good luck,
