How can I get my HP OfficeJet drivers installed. I cannot get HPlib for

I could not find the HP printer drivers so I went to the community and they did not have a version for 15.3?
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8620. I have not been able to find anything on this issue.
I have not used the forums much and am not Linux pro so if you need any more information, let me know what you need and how I can get it.

Install hplip as root:

zypper in -f hplip hplip-hpijs hplip-sane hplip-scan-utils

Run as root:

hp-setup
