how can i change the look of gnome

Hello.
Now,my desktop looks like this:

But,I want it to be look like as the gnome.org shows:

I hvae solve the problem.
We can setup it in Sytem Settings - > System -> System Info

Looks like you’re running in fallback mode - in order to get the full
gnome-shell experience, you need to have a video card that has hardware
acceleration under Linux.

What video card is in your system?
