Hibernation in Dell M4400

Hi,

I have hirbernation issue in my new notebook Dell M4400 whenever I try to recover it from hibernation it just got freeze and dont let me do anything.

Also wireless appear to be malfunction, light is randomly on/off.

Any Help.
