Difficulty is a very subjective question. openSUSE is not difficult to
use once you understand how to use it, but things aren’t simplified
solely for the sake of making things easier for new users. The approach
is more about helping users gain confidence and competence in using the
distro rather than catering to people new to Linux.

YaST software management and zypper (zypper is the command-line
interface).

Install the Adobe Flash package from the software repositories.

YaST has a user management component.
I’d encourage you to take a look at a LiveCD (so you can see the features/
functionality) and play with YaST in particular.

A useful link:Portal:YaST - openSUSE
And in command line Zypper for manage the software, install and remove
Hard? The box is not very hard, it is softer than a brick. It is made from
cardboard. But you have to buy it. I would buy a brick instead, it is harder.
