i hope you like opensuse but it better use some more new release… if you can get 10.3 or 11.0 this will be more likely.

I still have openSUSE-10.2 on my mother’s PC, but support for openSUSE-10.2 is about to end. I plan to install openSUSE-11.1 on her PC in January-2009 when I next visit her (she lives in a different continent from me). If you like openSUSE-10.2, you should (IMHO) like openSUSE-11.1. It is due to be released on 18-December-2008. Roadmap - openSUSE You may wish to give thought to installing openSUSE-11.1 at that time.
