Help!??!

I am fairly new to Linux but I am learning all the time, so be gentle
with me!

I am running SuSE 11.1 64 bit, KDE 4.2 with all the updates and I have
encountered the following, so if you can help me out I will be very
grateful!

  1. at startup of KDE I have 2 Kickoff Application launcher icons, I
    normally delete 1, but how can I get just the one!

  2. KPowersave does not dock!

  3. user version of dolphin just doesn’t show any of my directories
    within my home/username area, they are there! When I open a terminal and
    do a dir, the directories are highlighted in green!

2

(1) and (3) have been solved, I read somewhere on here that all I had to
do was to delete the .kde4 hidden directory in my area, done that and at
least 2 of the three things have been resolved, I am not to bothered by
powersave though! If I get that back I will let you guys know!
