looks to me, you need to associate it with the wireless network. click network manager,select new connection & fill in the details.at the end, click save,not save & connect. then,click on network manager & select your network. You should be good to go then.
After starting KNetworkManager, I noticed that when right-clicking on it, it said that NetworkManager is not running. Apparently, you have to give users permission to manipulate the network (an option on the General tab in YaST ==> Network Devices ==> Network Settings). Except that I didn’t find any option for KNetworkManager, only for KInternet. Well, I am particular about that, KInternet seems like a solid tool.
