Help with Opensuse 13 firewall - unable to access web server from WAN

Hello All,

I had my owncloud in a box server that uses opensuse 13.x, I restarted the box this morning, and now I am unable to access the server over wan. The server still works internally (if I browse “serverip/owncloud”, just not "externaldomain.com/owncloud)

RcSUsefirewall2 is stopped, and now I’m out of ideas.

Any help would be much appreciated.

now that I think about this, its probably the apache config.

openSUSE 13.x does not exist. There is 13.1, and there is 13.2. Each is
a different major release, and thus, different. You should specify which
one you are using.

My apologies,

Well, try by sections. From whatever other machine you are trying, try
first to see if you can ping that external address. Find out if the
pings reach the server. It depends how you have set up the router, maybe
only port 80 is forwarded.

Many details are missing from your description.
