Help with Nvida GTX 1080

I just installed Leap 15 and upgrade the kernel to 4.19.12 to support my Ryzen 2 CPU. After rebooting the GUI (Plasma) is very large. When I open the Nvidia X Server Settings it says I’m not running the Nvidia X driver and to run nvidia-xconfig. I jump to the terminal and enter that command and I’m presented with xorg-server was not found. I have done some searching on Google and it seems Nvidia drivers are a bit of a pain on OpenSUSE. Does anyone have any information or links on the proper way to get Nvidia drivers for a GTX 1080 installed?

So you have to run the Nvidia driver from the Nvidia-side in multiuser.target (Runlevel 3).

Can you give a little more details or point me to instructions? No sure what you mean by nvidia side and multiuser.target.

There is no Nvidia-Repo for kernel:stable.

Try:

Just went through the steps in the link you provided and was successful in installing version 415.25 on kernel 4.19.12. Will need to bookmark the page so I will know what steps are needed when updating the kernel or driver in the future. Thanks for the help.
