[Help] Where can I get the driver for my internet card?

I have a Buffalo WLI2-G54 LAN Adapter, I have the driver to install it on Windows.
OpenSUSE can use the card for some reason, it knows it’s there… It just can’t use it.
Where can I get the driver for linux?

Also, Will I be able to assess the files on my Windows partition? (Some other versions of Linux let me, so i was just wondering…)

You can configure partitions (including NTFS) to mount via

YaST - System - Partitioner
