The problem who I have is that:
I have an AMD radeon 6990 and I want to find good and stable drivers for it. Sorry if I can not write more but this is my problem.

Well, it’s an ATI card so I recommend you read this first:
SDB:ATI drivers - openSUSE
Personally I recommend heading over to this site:
AMD Graphics Drivers & Software – Download the latest drivers for your graphics products
From there you can select the driver you need and download it.
How to install the driver is described in the wiki page.
