Help printing from web page

I am trying to print the order summary for a history of on line purchases from a website. I am logged in and can access my order history. This shows the four transactions and to see the details I have to click a plus sign which then opens up the invoice details which list the items ordered.

This then offers an icon to print. All OK so far but try as I might, I cannot get a full print. I get four or five pages which are mainly blank except for the heading and about one page of the details and the summary statement at the end. There are supposed to be 18 items but only 5 are shown and one of these is half off the sheet.

OK so I forget printing. How can I get the information into a soft copy. When I try and save from the browser I get an html file which is “active” if that is the word. In other words if I try and open the file from Dolphin it appears to load the file from the internet.

Sorry to be so dumb but this has me beaten. How do I get a straight forward copy of what is on screen please.

As we can’t imagine how this particular website looks…but did you try the basic print function of your (unknown) browser?
Browser menu > print > pdf

Hi and when I do this the page is collapsed into the four orders and the detailed invoices are not shown.

However, I have since tried highlighting all the text and copying it into a blank page in libreoffice writer and amazingly this has given me exactly what I needed.
Sorry to have wasted your time. I have no idea why this worked but it must be your good influence!
Many thanks.
Budge.

I know this is a little late. I was just reading your post and recognized your problem. So I thought I’d jump in with my solution and it turns out my solution is the same one you figured out! Great minds think alike!
