My name is Calvin, a.k.a. The Toxic Mite. I’m not new to the Linux scene, having used Ubuntu for about a year now 
Today, I felt that it was time to move on and switch to openSuSE. I’m looking forward to it already lol!

A friendly word of warning, Toxic Mite! I installed SuSE 9.2 when it was released in 20?? (04? 05?). And in spite of all the wonderful other *nix releases and well meaning advice of very knowledgeable friends I’ve yet to install any other Linux distro other than SuSE (now openSuSE)! That being said, I’m not sure if its a word of warning or a congratz & welcome! rotfl!

I recognized your user name right off.(it’s quite unique) I too came from here from Ubuntu.
It took me a few days to adjust to the differences between oS and Ubuntu. Now I wouldn’t want to go back unless I could take YaST with me.lol!
Anyway, have some patience with yourself and Have a lot of fun with openSUSE. We’re glad you are here.
