HDA Intel Card: Sound through Headphones but not Speakers

Hi! I have upgraded from openSUSE 11.1 to 11.2. I have a built-in Intel HDA sound card in my laptop.

After the upgrade I note that when I click the loudspeaker icon in the system tray, I get a jack plug icon, and as you might suspect, I’m only getting sound out of my headphones. How do I set it so I get sound through my speakers too?

May thanks in advance.
