Hello everyone.
Was wondering how to go about installing HD4870 drivers, But more so which to install. I remember on Ubuntu having big big problems with Xinerama and the official ATi drivers.
Hoping somebody could direct me? Last time i used Linux was a while ago I have forgotten most of the commands to install drivers/apps.
Help would be appreciated

The choice is yours but I always do the “Hard way” of installing, have a
look at a few of my previous posts.

Mind the wrap there.
Any probs just holler.
Once you have them installed you can use the command as user:
amdcccle
to get the catalyst GUI to configure your card.
Works for me.
