For the past week software installations via Yast/Packman are not working. Some packages will download and others will not, leaving the installation process in a Retry loop or Abort.
The following is an example of installing mplayer. In every attempt it stops at 2% downloaded for libdca0.

I just did a refresh with Zypper, and it seemed fine here.
Why not open up a terminal session and type the following command:
zypper repos
Then copy the output from this command into a forum message here using the advanced message editor, highlighting just this text you pasted with your mouse and pressing the code # button. It will be enclosed in a code field like the one I have above with the command to try. This can be helpful to understand any repository issues you might be having.
user@server:/var/log/zypp> sudo zypper -v refresh

Still stuck on libdac0 when I last tested 5m ago. I have similar problems updating LibreOffice as well as installing a few other miscellaneous packages such as the Kaffeine prompt to add non-OSS software codecs.
Thanks everyone for your help. Unfortunately it was on my end.
Incoming connections to the server work without a hitch. Outgoing connections work, and then stop working. This meant surfing the web was possible but larger files would hang.
Thanks to Netshark, iptop, and wget to diagnose a routing problem with 3 interfaces.
