Harddisk was not detected on Lenovo System X3550 M5

Hi all,
Need help with restore the image file to the new machine.
I’ve restored the image file from the existing server (SUSE 11 SP1) to the new server Lenovo System X3550 M5(This machine support SUSE 12+) but it was unable to detect the hard disk.
Anyone know how to fix or update driver for detecting HDD.
